Student registration data is retained for two (2) years from the date of submission or until the student confirms their college admission, whichever comes first. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
Terms of Service
By registering with A TO Z Educational Trust or using our counselling services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
- Our services are intended for students who have completed or are appearing in Class 12 (+2) examinations in Tamil Nadu
- Parents and guardians may register on behalf of students
- There is no age restriction for seeking our free guidance
2. Nature of Services
A TO Z Educational Trust provides free educational counselling only. We do not guarantee admission to any specific college or course. Our role is to guide and advise â not to act as an agent for any institution.
3. Accuracy of Information
- Students must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- Incorrect information (e.g., falsified marks) may result in unsuitable counselling advice for which we bear no responsibility
- We reserve the right to verify academic credentials if required
4. No Financial Obligation

- Students and parents are expected to engage respectfully with our counsellors
- We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of misconduct or misrepresentation
6. Modifications
A TO Z Educational Trust may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Disclaimer
1. No Guarantee of Admission
Our counselling is advisory in nature. We do not guarantee that following our guidance will result in admission to any particular college, course, or institution. College admissions depend on cut-off marks, seat availability, reservation categories, and government policies.
2. Information Accuracy
While we strive to provide current and accurate information, the educational landscape changes frequently. We recommend students and parents independently verify all details with the respective institutions or official portals (e.g., TNEA, NMC, MCC).
3. Third-Party Institutions
A TO Z Educational Trust is an independent counselling service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as a representative of any college, university, or government body unless explicitly stated.
Refund Policy
1. Our Free Service Promise
Registration, counselling, career guidance, scholarship information, and college admission advice are all completely free of charge. You will never be asked to pay for these services.
2. Awareness Against Fraud
- No representative of A TO Z Educational Trust is authorised to collect payment on our behalf
- If someone demands a fee claiming to represent our trust, contact us immediately at 99949 51264
- We are not responsible for payments made to unauthorised individuals
3. Third-Party College Fees
Students may incur fees directly payable to colleges (application fees, admission fees, etc.). These are entirely separate from our services, and A TO Z Educational Trust is not responsible for any such charges or their refund.
Counselling Policy
Our counselling services are designed to help Class 12 students make informed decisions about their higher education journey.
1. Scope of Counselling
- Course selection: Engineering, Medical, Pharmacy, Nursing, Arts & Science, Allied Health Sciences
- College selection based on cut-off marks, community reservation, and financial capacity
- Government scholarship identification and application guidance
- TNEA, NEET, and other entrance process explanation
- Career path discussions based on student interests and aptitude
2. Appointment Process
- Register online via our website form or call 99949 51264
- Walk-in appointments welcome at our Manapparai office during working hours
- Phone and WhatsApp consultations available
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM â 6:00 PM
3. What to Bring
- Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets (or expected marks)
- Community certificate (if applicable)
- Income certificate (for scholarship guidance)
- Parent/guardian is encouraged to accompany the student
4. Confidentiality
All student information shared during counselling sessions is kept strictly confidential. Our counsellors are bound to maintain the privacy of all discussions.
